Warranty

 

Warranty Period
Our products come with a 90-day usage warranty, which is linked to the "Customized Products" section.
To claim a warranty, please refer to the "Claim Procedure" section.

Customized Products:

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order on our part (validating the final approved sketch).

Manufacturing Defects:

  • Fallen stones

  • Wrong stone color

  • Lettering errors during the production process

  • Figure errors

  • Usage damage
    The customer is responsible for the care of their products. The "Claims" department will evaluate whether it was a manufacturing defect or improper product handling.

Design Approval:

Preliminary Approval:
Before production, we will send a preliminary design for the customer's approval.

Final Approval:
Once the customer approves the design, no further changes can be made. Design approval is final. If your purchase was made through the website and we do not receive an approval response within the first 5 business days, the design sent via email will be considered final and authorized.

Design Review:
It is 100% the customer's responsibility to carefully review the design, as the final product will be a faithful copy of the approved design.

Manufacturing and Shipping Time:

Manufacturing Time:
The estimated manufacturing time for our products is 3 weeks from the final design approval.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is 1 to 5 business days using FedEx.

Total Payment:
To proceed with the shipment, we require full payment at least 3 days before the shipping date.

Defects or Errors in the Order:

Problem Notification:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. After that time, we are not responsible.

Required Proof:
You will be required to provide photos of the defect or error so we can evaluate the situation.

Resolution Options:
In case of a defect or error, we will offer the option of product replacement at no cost.

Claim Procedure:

Contact:
Send an email to warranty@themostwantedsilver.com with your order number (attached to your sketch), a description of the problem, and photos of the product.

Evaluation:
We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Shipping Responsibility:

Courier Service:
Once we deliver the product to the courier service, the delivery responsibility rests entirely with the courier company. The customer is responsible for monitoring their shipment.

Shipping Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and error-free address. A lost or undelivered package due to an incorrect address is the customer's responsibility, and we cannot be held liable in these cases. You will need to place a new order.

Shipping Insurance:

Insurance Option:
We offer shipping insurance for an additional cost of $10 USD (may vary depending on the number of buckles).

Insurance Coverage:
If the courier loses the package due to any issue, we will manufacture the product again and ship it at no additional cost.

Exceptions:

Incorrect Customization:
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customization requested by the customer is incorrect (e.g., lettering, figures, colors, and stones errors).

Design Review:
It is 100% the customer's responsibility to carefully review and authorize the design, as the final product will be a faithful copy of the approved design. If you made a mistake, you will need to place a new order.
